great access to parks and popular attractions nearby
Staying here was easy as it was just around the corner from a wonderful indoor and outdoor bath complex, plus, I could easily stroll to the Floating Garden Observatory in about 20 minutes and enjoy amazing views of the city. The capsule experience was surprisingly spacious with a small TV and clean communal areas.

The one-of-a-kind experience of sleeping in a capsule!
Needs improvement in maintenance of cleanliness of the comfort rooms.

Fully equipped hotel, fairly clean, excellent staff, location in the heart of the city was favourable. Our big size room was equipped with toothpaste and razors and toothbrushes. Location: the venue was just next door to restaurants trains as well as umeda shopping area. There was Los Inkas near the hotel...

A relaxing surprise in Osaka
The capsule experience was surprisingly spacious, complete with a little TV and a relaxing common area. The sauna complex was like an oasis after a long day exploring the city.
I found the daily check-in process cumbersome, as it required packing my things to leave my capsule each morning and retrieving them later. The shared facilities could also use a bit more attention.

Capsule Hotel is an experience that everyone should have at least once in a lifetime. Capsule Inn Osaka was very good place to have a well-slept night, also staff and premises for relaxing were good! I had some difficulties to find this place, keep in mind that the hotels main door is inside the "Hankyu Higashi-dori Shoutengai" -street! So if you come from Umeda Station to the street, you have to walk a couple minutes and the hotel is on your left side!

Our room was amazing and quiet, offered with razors and toothbrushes, as example. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was outstanding!

Great for those (specifically males) on a budget. But very hard to find if you are not familiar with the city. No locals really no where it is either

missingWrote a review on 20 Novspacious capsulefree wi-fiopen bathing area
Surprisingly spacious capsule with a TV, air vent, and comfortable bedding. Free Wi-Fi worked well even inside the capsule.
The bathing area is completely open, which might be uncomfortable for those not used to sharing space in their briefs. Instructions for facilities were not fully in English, complicating navigation. Large suitcases must be stored separately in a storeroom, which isn't optimal for easy access.

Location. Just across the street from main stations
Lockers are tiny. Cannot charge your devices in the capsule. You have to pay 200 yen for using the shower.

Staying at the Capsule Inn in Osaka was quite a unique experience. The capsules were surprisingly roomy with a TV, air vent, and comfortable bedding, made sleeping easy. I appreciated the common areas with sofas and the sauna facilities that were accessible most of the day. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and I found plenty of nearby dining options. I faced some inconveniences . The mandatory daily check-out at 10 AM was quite irritating, especially after staying multiple nights. It's odd that they make you check in again each day even if you're a returning guest. I also struggled with the Wi-Fi connection. It hardly worked, frustrating when I needed to reach out to friends. Another issue was the cleanliness of the shared showers. They weren't the best, and I spent time spraying down areas before using them. While it was a great experience to try a capsule, the requirement to check out daily and the Wi-Fi problems dampened the stay a bit.

Nothing.
Far from subway / JR. Location hard to find. Whole area is full of cigarettes smell though they have designated smoking area. Hotel staff do not speak english very well. The environment looks sleazy and old. The locker is small. The capsule area looks like dog house. Wifi only at common area.

It was conveniently located and easy on the budget
lockers, showers and sleeping all on different floors. Lockers for travel bags too narrow. I am concerned about fire safety and I was not convinced that emergency evacuation would have be easy.
